3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Deposit Methods
jeetwin bangla currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No other currency or cryptocurrency is accepted.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
In the case of any unusual or suspicious transaction, jeetwin bangla may initiate an investigation and temporarily suspend the relevant account while the investigation is ongoing.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,500 bonus, you will need to wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
- Bets placed with bonus balance may not count across all game types — please check the detailed terms of each offer.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulation will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- jeetwin bangla reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The jeetwin bangla VIP program has four tiers. The Bronze tier offers 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. You can move up to higher tiers by playing consistently and staying active on the platform.
6 Betting and Gaming Terms
6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or event cancellation, jeetwin bangla reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the stake.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
Sports bets can be placed both before a match starts and during a live match. You can bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, as well as various international cricket and football events.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be returned, unless the minimum specified number of overs has been completed.
- Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
- If there are allegations of match-fixing or score manipulation, results may be reviewed.
6.3 Casino and Slots
All casino games and slots are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not depend on previous rounds.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game session or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage or internet disconnection, jeetwin bangla will determine the outcome based on system logs. Our decision in such cases is final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Intentionally exploiting platform errors or glitches
- Attempting to access the system through hacking or unauthorised means
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
- Abusive behaviour or harassment towards other users
- Participating in match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Platform's Rights
jeetwin bangla reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
You may also request to close your account. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can use the Self-Exclusion feature. In accordance with jeetwin bangla's Responsible Gaming guidelines, access to your account can be restricted for a set period or permanently.
9 Limitation of Liability
jeetwin bangla will not bear any liability for the following:
- Loss caused by a user's internet disconnection
- Issues arising from faults in third-party software or devices
- Funds lost due to the user's own error
- Service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Unauthorised third-party access to an account
In any circumstance, jeetwin bangla's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.
